Role Description:HR Recruitment Officer responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Job Description:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
 
- Source potential candidates through various kind of channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
 
- Review employment application and background check reports
 
- Arrange and conduct interview schedule after user reviewed/confirmed
 
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specification
 
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
 
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
 
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
 
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
 
- Conduct assessment test such as DISC, Papi Kostik or personality test as needed
 
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
 
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
 
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
 
- Accuracy and proper management of database
 
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated (HR Induction, Role and project induction, JIRA Workflow, KPI Monitoring
 
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
 
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
 
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field
 
- Has experience to conduct assessment test for candidates
 
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
 
- Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
 
- Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
 
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
 
- Ability to travel when required
 
- Proficiency with content management systems
 
- Experience in developing recruitment strategy
