Job Description:
- Administration and maintenance of local hardware, software and contingency planning of overall IT infrastructure
- Lead and Develop local IT application for internal process optimization and efficiency
- To research, propose, and implement Doerational workflow enhancements
- Implement. IT policy & security procedure, architecture, disaster recovery, and services at local station
- To support the business process flow on local station project administration, as well as research, communication and cooroination
- Prepare and implement Annual Business Plan, Strategy, and Budget to accomplish company mission, in bath strategic and operational business objectives
- Maintain IT asset management, negotiate and administer supplier contracts and service aggreement
- Manage financial aspects of the IT Depertment, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget reviaw
- Training on how to use the application to internal employees and or clients
- Collaboration between business units and IS team
- Create documentation FSD, BAD, UAT, etc,
- Project Monitoring with JIRA, or TRELLO
- Collaborate closely with IT department in Corporate Office in Taipei
- Age 27-35 years
- Minimal graduate of S1 in Information Technology or related field
- Minimal 3 years of experience as an Ass. IT Manager
- Good written and verbel communication skills, including technical writing skills
- Understand Ms SQL Database or MySQL
- Understand Agile dan Waterfall methodology
- Deep understanding in software development lifecycle
- Able to speak English fluently and able to speak mandarin is a plus
- Willingness to learn and achieve target es assigned
- Have experience in Logistics or Cargo company is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
