- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position as Teller or Customer Services, fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills and strong knowledge about banking
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Job Descriptions:
- Providing services to customer related to cash deposit, customer mutations, saving accounts, and others
- Handling and managing complaints that related to customer
- Doing cross-selling of banking products
