Job descriptions:
Prepare weekly and monthly schedules based on the work contract master schedule.
Ensure that the existing benchmarks have been mutually agreed with the assigning party and make BAP of benchmark points.
Planning work methods/implementation systems together with the Engineering Team.
Coordinate with the Safety Team regarding K3.
Coordinate with the Owner/Consultant regarding project implementation.
Coordinate with QC regarding the quality of work.
Distribute shopdrawing to every Supervisor.
Make repairs according to customer requirements (project owner/consultant).
Understanding the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Ensure the availability of working drawings to be carried out by the foreman/subcontractor.
Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the applicable Work Instructions.
Controlling the execution of the work of Subcontractors/NSC.
Prepare detailed monthly report materials with Project Manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Age max. 40 years
Having min. 5 years experience in a building contractor company (infrastructure and steel construction)
Fluent in English is a must
Understand technical drawings and preparation of RAB.
Having leadership skill, honest, loyal.
Willing to be located in all regions in Indonesia.
