Your Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
• Work together with other stakeholders to launch engaging social media campaigns.
• Handling/Managing all social media channels, including Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, and many more. 
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote organization and brand
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• undertake audience research
• Create Social media calendar
• research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• analyze competitor activity
• recommend improvements to increase performance
• set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
• manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
• Work together with other team members to create better content for each region.

Requirements:

• Passionate in cryptocurrencies blockchain. (trading experience and understanding of crypto bots will be a plus)
• At least three years of relevant experience (social media content management). 
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing), other major languages a plus.
• Strong sense of social media trends and community building.
• Self-motivated team player and work autonomously.
• Initiative Driven with can-do attitudes
• An understanding of the Paid Social Media landscape
• A creative thinker who can come up with original, highly shareable social ideas
• Can multi-task in a fast-changing environment with short deadlines.
