- Bachelor Degree from Psychology or any related fields
- Min. 3 years of experience as a tech recruiter
- Have experience in agency/headhunter/outsourcing would be a plus
- Coordinate effectively with related positions regarding the requirements
- Able to analyze requirements
- Familiar with any recruitment methods (phone screening, f2f interview, etc)
- In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources.
- Placement in South Jakarta with hybrid style
